LOVE
Mark 12:28-31, 1 Corinthians 13:4-8
We are committed to loving everyone both seekers and
believers as Christ demonstrated His love for the Church
We will demonstrate love to others by showing grace, mercy,
compassion, and forgiveness in all circumstances
FAITH
James 2: 14-17, Hebrews 11:1
We will trust the Lord Jesus Christ in all circumstances
and acknowledge that He is sovereign and in control over this ministry and all
of our lives
We believe that the Bible is the Holy Word of God and we
are committed in obeying its commands
We will demonstrate our faith through tangible ways such as
helping those who are physically, emotionally, and spiritually poor
PRAYER
James 5:16, 1 Peter 3:12, John 16:24, Matthew
21:22, 1 John 5:14
We believe that prayer is powerful and that this is how we
communicate with God
We are committed in praying for this ministry in its
entirety and believe that God hears the prayers of His people
We are committed in making prayer a priority in our
ministry and make sure that we teach our disciples to make prayer a priority in
their individual lives
UNITY
Romans 15:5, Psalm 133:1, Ephesians 4:3
We are committed to exert extra effort to ensure that we
live in peace with one another
We will try our best to maintain unity in our group by not
gossiping about each other, by communicating well, and respecting each
individual in a manner that is glorifying to God
EXCELLENCE
Colossians 3:23, 1 Corinthians 10:31
We are committed to giving our best to God by serving
others to the best of our abilities
We understand that excellence is different from perfection.
So we are committed to encourage all the members of this group to use their
talents and abilities by serving this ministry according to their God-given
gifts
We are committed to live a life of integrity in all aspects
of our lives so as to demonstrate excellence in our walk with Christ
JOY
Isaiah 61:3, Nehemiah 8:10, 2 Corinthians 9:7
We will be committed to serving the Lord with gladness in
our hearts, having a good understanding that in everything we do, we do it as
unto the Lord and not to man
We are committed in encouraging those who are down-hearted
and those who are crushed in spirit and let them know that as believers, the
“joy of the Lord is our strength”
